Bill is the owner of W.R. O’Connell Consulting — providing consulting services in the area of organizational effectiveness and engineering. His goal is to become more involved in the renewable energy and Green Building fields

Bill is also co-owner of a custom architectural millwork company and has held several senior level Information Technology positions which include Chief Information Officer and VP of Network Systems in the manufacturing, financial services, telecommunications and power industries.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Manhattan College, an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, and a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from Pace University where he graduated with distinction.

Bill is a LEED AP and licensed Professional Engineer. Bill lives in New York with his wife and four children
