Bill is Director of Commercial Development at BG-Capital, a renewable energy company based in Barcelona, Spain. BG-Capital develops, installs and arranges project financing for large-scale solar parks in feed-in tariff markets such as Spain, France, Greece and Portugal. He is responsible for identifying clients and joint venture partners.
Bill has also worked as a Development Consultant at CHF/USAID and as Assistant to the Chief Technical Advisor Microfinance at UNCDF, the United Nationas special unit for Microfinance. While at IESE Business School, he organized a conference on Corporate Social Responsibility, Economic Development and Renewable Energy (www.doinggoodanddoingwell.org).
Bill is particularly interested in Public Private Partnerships, such as the UNECE PPP Alliance meeting in London and the UNHABITAT symposium in Barcelona.
