One of the very first green building legal conundrums may be resolved.
The Washington Business Journal reported on October 31 that legislation will be introduced in Washington D.C. that will create an alternative to the much maligned LEED bond requirement in the D.C. Green Building Act of 2006. (more…)

European engineers have completed a 90-foot bridge over the River Tweed in Wales that is made completely from recycled plastic, the first thermoplastic bridge to be built outside the U.S.

New York area non-profits have another four days to apply for Green Mountain Energy Company’s program whereby they could be the recipient of a solar array system. Applications can be submitted online via Green Mountain’s Sun Club website by Monday, October 31st.
