A California-based start-up will begin selling electric cars in Israel next month that include a subscription package for a leased battery and the costs of recharging the vehicle.

The European Commission has adopted Transport 2050, a plan to increase mobility and decrease oil dependence which also reduces carbon emissions from the transportation sector by 60%.
