Butte County, CA joins commercial PACE Program run by Figtree

Texas Legislature Passes Commercial and Industrial PACE Bill

Bad News For PACE

Update on FHFA Rulemaking on PACE

PACE programs have been waiting for the FHFA to finalize their court-ordered rulemaking on residential PACE efforts (background here).
